Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and elementary school students in a dynamic educational setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families to enhance students' academic success, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) to address each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in middle and elementary school students.
  • IEP Development: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings to support students' communication goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals and enhance academic success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning to ensure students receive the support they need.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Experience: Experience working with middle and elementary school-aged children.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
