CareOne is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Assisted Living facility in Bound Brook, NJ. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for residents assigned to your care, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented.
- Provide direct and indirect care to residents according to their individual nursing and medical plans of care, adhering to state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
