Responsibilities
  • Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to ensure seamless service.
  • Carry and transport food trays with ease, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Setup and maintain food and beverage stations, adhering to AEG's standards of service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Work independently during slower periods, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive results.
  • Perform safe work practices, contributing to a safe and clean work environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with staff and patrons, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of your work.
  • Multitask with ease, handling multiple responsibilities with poise and professionalism.

  • Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs. and 15 lbs. often, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance, demonstrating a commitment to your role and the team.
  • Assist with server scheduling and end-of-night closing duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our events.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, providing a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED is strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants is preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
