• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, hotel amenities, and services.
• Ensure proper setup of stations and tables, completing assigned tasks from the Outlet Supervisor.
• Deliver outstanding service by adhering to established Customer Service Standards.
• Engage with guests through friendly greetings and eye contact.
• Effectively manage special requests and anticipate guest needs.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Be thorough and accurate in processing dining and room service orders.
• Utilize guests' names to enhance the personal touch.
• Actively seek feedback from guests to improve service.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding the local area and hotel services.
