Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pediatric Healthcare Provider to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Prescribe and administer medications as needed, and document all patient interactions and treatments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in pediatric healthcare, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
