Are you seeking a PRN opportunity as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab? We are excited to present a role at Terre Haute Regional Hospital, a prominent provider in the healthcare sector.


Position Requirements:
This PRN role entails:
- A minimum of hour shifts per pay period (every two weeks) or nine (9) 8-hour shifts per pay period.
- Holiday and weekend obligations: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, 3 holidays per calendar year.
- Call requirements: 2 weeks per month and 1 holiday per year (if applicable).

Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Cardiac Catheterization RN plays a crucial role in assisting the Cardiologist during diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, manage, and deliver patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Circulate, monitor, and document hemodynamic values while ensuring accurate data entry as per agency requirements.
- Execute physician orders and administer prescribed medications.
- Provide patient education and ensure timely transport of patients.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Indiana State Board of Nursing or compact state RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- One year of Cath Lab experience is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
