As a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of adults with serious mental illness in our Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) program in Junction City, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for clients
  • Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and administer medication as needed
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation and maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license
