Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Overview: This is a part-time hourly role dedicated to supporting youth and families in the community.
  • The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated, and capable of serving as a constructive role model for young individuals in various environments, including community, educational, and domestic settings.
  • The primary duties of the Advocate include initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and executing direct advocacy services for designated participants and their families.
  • All service strategies will be formulated based on a strengths-based approach utilizing the wraparound model.
This role provides flexible scheduling, competitive weekly compensation, and reimbursement for activities.

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is necessary.

Experience in community engagement and familiarity with local resources is preferred.

The position requires dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
