Connect Staffing Professional is a dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care company. We specialize in delivering advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
Position Details:
Role: Advanced Wound Care Specialist (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Commitment: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with a transition to Full-time (40 hours/week) once the census reaches 13 patients.
Patient Load: Full-time max census of 30-35 patients (7-9 per day); part-time providers may transition to full-time at 13 patients.
Compensation:
Part-Time: $500 per 8-hour shift, plus a 20% RVU bonus.
Full-Time: $185,000/year base salary, regardless of patient load, plus a 20% RVU bonus.
Training: $50/hour for pre-patient training (Compensation starts the first day you see your first patient).
