Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their HVAC systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, using a variety of hand tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Inspect and maintain company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Document work completed, including daily time, progress, and duration, and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact and providing technical support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Read and interpret product specifications to ensure accurate installation and repair.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed.
