Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.
- Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
- Practice in a manner consistent with the SolutionHealth Interprofessional Practice model and relevant specialty standards of practice.
- Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment.
- Involves patients and families in goal setting and planning, and communicates that plan of care to patients and families for input.
- Demonstrates accountability for continued professional growth and development.
- Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/or performance.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
- ACLS preferred.
