Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ellijay, GA. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide evidence-based treatment to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized evaluation and treatment to patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
