Maintenance Department Leader

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with production management to prioritize tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting for maintenance-related supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, plumbing, fabricating, and building maintenance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
