Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate CSI scores and dealership performance to management and employees, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production and quality standards.
  • Physical ability to move throughout the dealership facility and perform tasks that require sitting, standing, and walking.
