As a key member of our underwriting team, you'll be responsible for providing elite service to internal and external clients, communicating loan conditions and statuses, and applying knowledge and judgment to detailed loan analyses. You'll also have the opportunity to develop strong computer skills and manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide elite service to internal and external clients
• Communicate loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
• Apply knowledge and judgment to detailed loan analyses
• Develop strong computer skills and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• 9+ months tenure in current role at time of application submission
• Proven high level performer within top 50% on your current team
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to take accountability for any actions
• Aptitude to handle escalated client service needs
