The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and coaching team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. This includes upholding our company's vision, values, and culture, as well as maximizing sales and restaurant profitability.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Passion for the brand and for teaching others
  • Ability to quickly grasp and retain new ideas and concepts

  • Guest service, communication, and listening skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
