Speech Therapist

As a Speech Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Communications Sciences Disorders Specialist.
As a Language Pathology Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, and develop a deep understanding of their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and research
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or related field
NC SLP license required or eligibility by early August 2023
Experience working with children and adults with a range of communication disorders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
