We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in treating children, adolescents, and their families in a supportive, trauma-informed outpatient, partial hospitalization setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services, and serve as a mental health consultant.
- Develop comprehensive histories on patients, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problems, and history of treatment, through interviews with patients, family, and/or significant others.
- Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of initial interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Presents closed MRs to supervisor on time and fully compliant.
- Attends weekly supervision and takes an active role in learning.
- Participates in case conferences and takes responsibility for professional growth and development through ongoing participation in educational programs on-site and off-site.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Master's level professional with creative arts or dance movement credentials, specifically either a Registered Art Therapist, ATR, or Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, R-DMT.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or adolescents.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and experience with CBT a plus.
