The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship. This is a part-time, non-tenure-track position that will involve teaching classes in the Business School.

About the Position

This position is part of a pool of Lecturers from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure-track positions will be made. Appointments will be made semester-by-semester as teaching needs arise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach classes in various formats, including in-person, hybrid, online, and remote.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes in the Business School, with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the needs of the Business School and the University
• Engage with students, faculty, and staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives to promote entrepreneurship and innovation

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Master's or higher degree in a closely related field to the course topic. Recent significant professional, technical, or managerial experience in the discipline related to the teaching assignment is also required. Prior experience teaching in higher education is preferred.
