Per Diem Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Per Diem Staff Nurse to join our team at Mount Sinai Medical Center. As a Per Diem Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or active matriculation in a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Program.
- Documented previous experience or educational preparation to support credentials.
- Special skills/experience may be required in specialized areas.
- 1-2 years of full-time Antepartum experience.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate.
- BCLS certification.
