Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically select and position products to maximize sales in a retail environment.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and increase sales.
  • Promote positive customer relations through effective product marketing.
  • Foster collaboration with team members within the account.

  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of product placement and output.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of all equipment at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide team members in a professional manner.
  • Follow and implement directives from the Director of Nutrition Services.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a food service management capacity.
  • A results-driven, articulate, and decisive nature that inspires those around them.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships through active listening and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Adaptability to evolving business conditions.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments.
  • The capability to pursue and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
