Your Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing outstanding care to clients in their residences
  • Executing personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Performing daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for clients
  • Facilitating transportation for appointments as required
