Bakery Associate

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a part-time baker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

• Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company sanitation and safety standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous baking experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
