Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures using a variety of radiology equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Properly position patients and equipment according to radiologist protocols.
  • Select proper technical factors to obtain quality images.
  • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and pathology to produce high-quality images.
  • Administer appropriate contrast agents according to department protocol.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and modesty throughout procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms, equipment, and other work areas.
  • Assist students and new technologists with training and guidance in learning CT.
Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT-R) in good standing required.
  • ARRT certification in computerized tomography required.
  • Active license required in radiography for the IEMA.
  • Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • At least one year previous experience in CT and/or equivalent clinical experience required.
