Behavior Therapist

R&R Collaborative Therapy Services is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are committed to delivering exceptional care.

As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary focus will be on providing one-on-one support and training to help clients acquire new skills and achieve their goals.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits also include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Provide one-on-one support and training to help clients acquire new skills
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Perform regular wellness checks and provide general support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
• 40-hour Online Behavior Technician Training certificate or current RBT license
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
