As a Registered Nurse (RN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering individualized treatments and medications
- Developing care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use
- Communicating with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
- Accurately documenting interventions and medical condition histories
- Participating in incident investigations and ensuring accurate reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
