Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

CrossMed is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing opportunity in Kirkland, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a travel nurse with CrossMed, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a new and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in Labor and Delivery nursing.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
