About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Cardiac Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our medical telemetry floor, you will provide high-quality patient care to post-operative CABG/open heart patients, TAVRs, and other complex cardiac cases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with varied acuity levels, including those with chest tubes and vasoactive drips.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient medications, including titration of cardiac drips.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program.
  • At least one year of previous experience in clinical nursing preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
