About the Role

As an Aircraft Engine Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in aircraft turbine engine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform periodic inspections of engines and aircraft, adhering to relevant maintenance manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic engine and related aircraft problems at on-site and off-site locations.
  • Assist in complex engine and related aircraft repairs at on-site and off-site locations.
  • Remove, install, and replace engines, accessories, and disassemble, inspect, and reassemble aircraft engines.
  • Replace Line Replace Units (LRU) as required and assist with fueling/defueling aircraft as needed.
  • Conduct engine operational checks and functional tests and assist Aviation Maintenance Technicians in operating ground support equipment.
  • Collaborate with Aviation Maintenance Technicians and Electronic/Avionics Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft.
  • Perform basic sheet metal and electrical repairs as required and access and re-install aircraft components as necessary.
  • May perform Designated Inspector (DI) functions as qualified by QA and assist other employees in performing their duties within their area of qualification.
Requirements
  • Hold an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Typically have 3 years' experience in aircraft turbine engine maintenance.
  • Be able to read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals.
