We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Medical City Arlington. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) technology. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures as required by physicians and protocols
  • Assist patients on the CT table and provide emotional support throughout the imaging process
  • Start IVs for contrast injection and administer medications as needed
  • Evaluate image quality and make adjustments to optimize diagnostic results
  • Release patients after procedures and provide post-procedure instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current license as an MRT (Magnetic Resonance Technician) from the State of Texas
  • Current certification as an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) CT technologist
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
