The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to perform Veteran Audiology Examinations in Harlingen, TX, and Abilene, TX. As a medical disability examiner, you will apply your expertise in evaluating and diagnosing audiological conditions to support a Veteran's disability claim. This involves gathering and synthesizing clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. Your role is crucial in developing a medical opinion on the likelihood that a Veteran's condition is related to their military service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Master's of Audiology (M.A.), Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.), or equivalent
  • An active and unrestricted audiologist license in the state where exams are performed
  • ASHA certification or completion of a masters or doctorate level program at an ASHA-certified institution
