  • Design and create visually appealing sushi platters.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure the freshness and proper handling of ingredients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knife skills and expertise in traditional sushi preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
