About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deductions Cash Applications Associate to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and applying deductions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our cash application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process exception lockbox transactions, including EDI, miscellaneous cash, and bank adjustments.
  • Gather and organize deduction backup from customers via website or email.
  • Maintain electronic storage files containing support documents and templates.
  • Accurately match authorized deductions to planned promotions and issue customer credits.
  • Research and resolve deductions in accordance with established policies and authorization limits.
  • Collaborate with analysts on data analysis, reporting, and KPI-related tasks.
  • Maintain a reconciliation mindset for balance resolution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of SAP experience.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong data entry, written, and verbal communication skills.
