Retail Store Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at COS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Job

  1. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  2. The role involves analysis of sales data, identification of trends, and development of strategies to drive sales growth.
  3. The Store Manager will lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  4. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of skilled retail professionals.

Requirements and Benefits

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a retail environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for fashion and retail.
  • A competitive salary of approximately $62,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 25% staff discount and eligibility for our H&M Incentive Program (HIP).
