Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Pavilion at Crescent Lake. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure that they are providing high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident's condition and report any changes or concerns to the Nurse Supervisor.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.
- Ability to work in Crescent City.
