Handyman Specialist

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Handyman to provide high-quality maintenance services to our property management clients. As a Handyman at Superior, you will be responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and other projects, working closely with account managers to ensure every job is done to perfection.

• Perform general handyman services, including light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, minor repairs, and carpentry.
• Inspect and diagnose problems, determining the best course of action for making necessary repairs and staying within budget.
• Work efficiently and effectively individually, communicating effectively with account managers and dispatchers.
• Provide feedback to management about any issues that arise on the job site.

• At least 5 years of experience in general handyman work.
• General Liability insurance preferred.
• Experience in a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools effectively and safely.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Must have reliable transportation, tools, and be able to travel between job sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Currently living in the U.S.
