Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement advanced chemical synthesis processes to drive continual improvement of membrane products.
• Manage technology development, ensuring quality and process characterization, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent process controls and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Identify and analyze problems, develop countermeasures, and implement solutions to improve process efficiency and quality.
• Manage non-conforming material disposition and generate and submit Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for manufacturing-related changes.
• Provide backup support for other R&D associates in the development of new technologies.
About the Role:
Careers Integrated Resources Inc is seeking a skilled Chemical Synthesis Specialist to join our chemistry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced materials sets for life science applications.
