Job Summary

As a Caregiver with the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ, you will provide individualized care to our Sisters, developing personal relationships and understanding their unique needs and preferences. You will work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with Sisters and care team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Accompany Sisters to medical appointments and provide support as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in Sisters' health or well-being.
  • Participate in care planning and coordination with the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Sisters' care and health information.
Requirements
  • CNA/QMA certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform daily living activities and provide care to Sisters.
