Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Lead at Trulieve serves as a key representative in our hubs, ensuring that national marketing initiatives and brand strategies are effectively implemented at the local level. This role requires close collaboration with both retail sales and production teams. The primary goal is to engage new and existing customers by enhancing brand visibility and driving purchases through product launches, daily promotions, and local marketing efforts. Success will be measured through metrics such as customer engagement, retention rates, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the national marketing team to develop actionable marketing campaigns, including drafting briefs that guide the creation of daily promotional materials.
- Coordinate with hub sales and production teams to synchronize product launches and overall marketing strategies.
- Design, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing events and programs to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Support both national and local initiatives to achieve business objectives and foster brand loyalty.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes product launches and local activations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends based on customer assessments and competitor analysis.
- Manage the local marketing budget, conduct evaluations of campaigns, and share insights with sales and marketing teams.
- Share best practices and insights with the Regional Marketing team during regular meetings.
- Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail.
- Proven ability to cultivate valuable partnerships with sales teams to achieve targets through tailored marketing strategies.
- Experience in executing marketing plans, including event management and campaign implementation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and various promotional channels.
- Ability to develop and analyze comprehensive marketing strategies across different media.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role; candidates located in Maryland or Ohio are preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform various physical tasks as required.
- Must be able to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods.
- Visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting products.
- Effective verbal communication skills in a moderate noise environment.
