Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver trauma-informed workshops to support individuals and communities in recovery from trauma.
- Conduct community outreach to increase workshop attendance and engagement.
- Provide clinical support and referrals to individuals in need of mental health services.
- Document all activities, including workshop events and referrals, to ensure effective tracking and evaluation.
- Create trauma-informed resources and materials for service workers and clients.
- Distribute and collect pre- and post-workshop surveys to assess the impact of our services.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience in trauma-informed care and community outreach preferred.
