Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Downey, California. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in mother/baby care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the post partum unit. This will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, and experience with electronic medical records is a plus. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse who is looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 12-hour shift schedule. The shift will be 7:15 am – 7:45 pm with an 8-hour back-up shift from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
