Job Summary

As a key member of our retail fueling station, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and efficient fueling experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Fueling Operations: Activate pumps, fill customer fuel tanks with the correct grade and amount of fuel, and provide receipts of sale.
  • Payment Transactions: Process all payment transactions with customers, mainly credit card transactions, and direct other forms of payment to the cashier.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete assigned cleaning responsibilities, wash windshields, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and respect for colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience or training required; previous experience and/or training in a fuel/gas station environment is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
