Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise their work to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the state.
- CPR certification is required.
As a Registered Nurse at Holly Manor Center, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $42.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience.
