At Binny's Beverage Depot, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Floor Support: Assist customers with finding products, answer questions, and make recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Cash Handling: Able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 40-50 pounds on a regular basis and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Effective communication and following directions.
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $16.75+ based on experience and availability.
