Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team. This role involves preparing and operating equipment for cardiovascular procedures while providing patient care. The ideal candidate will be certified from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and complete various competencies within six months of hiring.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining a sterile environment during procedures
- Providing patient care and positioning
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintaining strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and completion of various competencies within six months of hiring
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire
