Job Responsibilities:- Deliver Post-Acute Care: Monitor residents' physical and mental wellbeing, track vital signs, and perform intakes.
- Review Medical Records: Review medical records and charts, and help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
- Contribute to a Safe Environment: Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and help medical staff with orientation and training.
- High School Graduation: Equivalent or higher required.
