Aerodyn Engineering LLC is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of instrumentation-related projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Project Manager with a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in engineering and industry, with a proven track record of developing creative solutions and managing complex projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Elevate concerns and issues to management promptly, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering and industry, with a focus on instrumentation and process control.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with expertise in design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
