Join Our Team as an Automotive Technician

Atlas Staffing is on the lookout for proficient Automotive Technicians. This position involves diagnosing and performing a range of repairs on various vehicle brands and models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections for mechanical issues.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex hydraulic systems, electrical systems, hybrids, and onboard computer systems.
  • Executing repairs on brake systems, tires, tune-ups, suspension components, engines, driveline parts, and OBD II systems.
  • Handling diesel and transmission repairs.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers for parts and repair services.
  • Maintaining and organizing vehicle maintenance and service records.

Our Technicians utilize computers, diagnostic scanners, and other tools to assess mechanical and electrical systems. They analyze problems, determine suitable solutions, and enhance their technical knowledge through various resources.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have over 3 years of experience in vehicle service and repair, be adept at using automated shop computers and diagnostic tools, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certification is preferred.


Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.


Working Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.


Compensation:

$24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
