Compensation:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $20 to $30, depending on your level of experience and expertise.
Position Summary:
As a Welder, you will be tasked with executing MIG and TIG welding techniques on diverse materials to produce top-notch products. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes.
We value precision and attention to detail, and we are looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Duties:
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding protocols.
- Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment.
- Execute welding tasks following established quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to meet production targets.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder with a focus on MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication methods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and material cutting.
Shift Options:
1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift available.
