Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their benefits, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and seamless transactions.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV).
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for Delivery Driver role).
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with opportunities for tips.
